Wowsolo Pest Control wants every homeowner to get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

If Your Concern Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, prices, products, work, and customer service. If a problem comes from work in your home, first raise it with the provider yourself. Keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Wowsolo Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Washington.

How to File

Email contact@wowsolo.space. Please include:

• Your name and how to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• What happened, and what outcome you want from us

What Happens Next

1. We confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. 2. We look into what happened. This may include contacting the provider. 3. We send you a reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

Reply to our message and ask us to look again. You can also contact your state consumer protection office, your state attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
